Hi, my name is Sofia! I’m a Greek artist with experience in comic creation, narrative illustration, and visual art. My practice centers around storytelling through images, mood, color, and character-driven narratives.
I have worked on multiple collaborative and personal projects, developing stories from concept to final execution, and I’m always interested in expanding my skills with new collaborations.
Terms of Services
Artist Commission Terms of Service (TOS)Process:
Reference materials are optional, but lack of references may incur to a complexity fee. I need at least 2-5 days to work on each revision, depending on the complexity of the revision.Turnaround Time & Delays:
Estimated delivery times vary by commission type and will be communicated at the start of the project. Most commissions are completed within 1-2 weeks depending on complexity, workload, and responsiveness of the Client.
I will notify you promptly if unforeseen delays occur. In the event of illness, emergencies, or force majeure, I reserve the right to extend the delivery timeline.Delivery:
All comissions will be delivered in a Google Drive Document. If you require a working file please state that prior to payment.
Web-resolution previews are provided for feedback throughout the process.Client Delays:
If the client delays feedback or approvals beyond 10 calendar days, the project may be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for incomplete work due to prolonged client inactivity.Payment:
I take half the payment up front and the other half when the job is done. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full. All payments are through PayPal.Fees & Adjustments:
Complexity fees apply to time-intensive designs, large revisions, or insufficient reference material.
The final quoted price includes three rounds of feedback per stage. Additional revisions incur an hourly fee. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference.
Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. The client can modify their commission at any time before I start working on the piece.Late Payments & Reminders:
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. A reminder will be sent after 7 days of non-payment. Continued delays may result in project pause, late fees, or cancellation.Ownership Contingent on Payment:
Final ownership and exclusive usage rights are granted only upon full payment. In the event of non-payment, I retain the right to repurpose, resell, modify, or auction the artwork.Copyrights:
Ι retain full copyright and moral rights over the artwork. I may showcase the artwork in portfolios, samples, or on social media. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art. For example, the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise. Commercial use (e.g., print sales, merchandise, monetized streams, etc.) must be disclosed in advance. Please contact me for commercial works for the additional fees for commercial rights.Client Rights (Personal Use Only):
Commissions are for personal use. The artwork may be shared on social media with but may not be used for profit. Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give proper credit. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.Prohibited Uses:
The client may not use the artwork for NFT minting, blockchain, or AI model training.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation is grounds for legal action.Refund Policy:
Full Refunds available only before work begins.
No Refunds after I start working on the artwork.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if a client exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour.
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request.By commissioning me, this means the client has properly read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed above.
